Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that can fit your lifestyle while ensuring you have the tools and support necessary to succeed in a virtual setting. You will engage with clients through secure video conferencing and other digital platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. The work facility is an outpatient office setting where in-person team meetings may occur periodically to foster collaboration and support among colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress over time.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency requirements, including client progress notes and billing expectations.

• Participate in an on-call rotation as necessary, responding to after-hours client needs in accordance with program guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of coordinated care, interacting with internal staff and external stakeholders such as schools, community organizations, and healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position serves a varied client demographic, ranging from very young children to older adults, which requires a versatile approach to therapeutic practices. With a focus on culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care, you will help clients navigate a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client will be instrumental in fostering trust and improving outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and principles, particularly in trauma-informed care.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , dependent on your caseload and experience.
