Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that client records reflect their progress and treatment status.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as identified by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client access to necessary resources.

• Establish and nurture effective communication channels within the community to facilitate our mission and strengthen partnerships with local organizations.

• Pursue ongoing professional development through attending conferences, training, and engaging in community task forces that align with our programs.

• Promote and embody the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of our agency in all interactions and communications.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet organizational goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals with mental health issues, those recovering from substance use disorders, and persons living with developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
