Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify their needs and treatment requirements.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations to ensure the highest standards of client confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care and support for all clients.

• Provide psychoeducation and support for clients and their families, helping to facilitate understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Stay current with the latest mental health research and evidence-based practices, integrating new findings into the treatment methodologies employed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds, ensuring that your therapeutic methods are culturally competent and sensitive to the unique experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW license to practice in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.

Preferred Experience\n
