Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in thorough communication with physicians and other healthcare team members to update them on patient progress, needs, and any concerning developments, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, following department policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments, while collaborating with healthcare professionals to address the many factors affecting client well-being.

• Provide counseling and immediate crisis intervention for clients, effectively assessing and addressing both emotional and behavioral challenges they face.
\n
• Assist clients with discharge planning, coordinating care with a variety of providers across the healthcare system to facilitate access to necessary services and resources.
\n
• Consult with clients' families and support systems to formulate effective treatment and discharge strategies that foster a support network for ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will serve a broad and diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our recovery-oriented model emphasizes holistic care to support clients in their journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient setting, providing direct therapeutic services.

• Proficiency in technology with strong computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.

• Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with clients and healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services, including familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms.

• Knowledge of local mental health resources in the Irvine, California area to enhance client support.

• Background in crisis intervention techniques and recovery-oriented practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
