Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise, manual therapy techniques, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, ensuring accurate EMR entries, particularly proficient in using Web PT for comprehensive and precise records.
• Continuously re-evaluate and adjust therapeutic goals and treatment methods based on the patient's progress and feedback.
• Provide guidance and education to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare team members on exercises, assistive devices, and techniques for improving mobility and self-care.
• Stay current with industry standards and best practices by attending professional workshops, engaging in peer networks, and reading relevant literature.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients consist of children and adults from diverse backgrounds, dealing with varying conditions that impact their physical capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgery rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions, among many others. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic medical records, particularly with systems like Web PT, for meticulous documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the latest physical therapy methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting, particularly in outpatient programs, is highly desirable.
• Experience working with pediatric and geriatric patient populations can be beneficial.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic equipment commonly used in physical therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits
