Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular consultations with team members to develop integrated approaches to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
