Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' mental health needs.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients, providing support and guidance as they work through their challenges.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques in both individual and group settings, adapting your approach based on cultural considerations and diverse backgrounds.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals facing a range of mental health issues—specifically those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington State, demonstrating your professional standing.

• At least two years of related clinical experience in diverse settings, showcasing your versatility and competence as a mental health professional.

Compensation and Benefits\n
