Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright View, you will be instrumental in supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group sessions, fostering an environment for clients to share experiences, learn from one another, and build supportive relationships.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans.
• Collaborating on Treatment Plans: Work closely with clients to formulate individualized treatment goals that align with their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.
• Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and coordinate care with other professionals on the treatment team, ensuring holistic support for clients and effective management of complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on the young adult population, aged 18 to 30, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and transitional issues. Our treatments are designed to provide holistic and evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual in this age group.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Active LMHC licensure is essential to practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to team objectives.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
