Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as the primary clinician for a caseload of students with significant mental health and emotional challenges, performing assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and develop integrated care plans that connect students and families with appropriate resources and support systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategize on intervention approaches, ensuring a collaborative environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to students in distress while coordinating with school staff and other relevant stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
