Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand the needs and concerns of clients, determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and more.

• Monitor client progress, providing necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions based on ongoing evaluations.

• Utilize tools such as digital journals, goal-setting worksheets, and audio/video messages to enhance the therapeutic experience and encourage client engagement.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors and participate in regular team meetings to discuss client care and share successful strategies.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our counselors is to provide effective therapy to individuals facing various mental health challenges. Our diverse client population consists of adults and adolescents experiencing issues such as anxiety disorders, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders, and those coping with grief and loss. As a telehealth provider, your ability to match with clients who align with your expertise allows you to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Hold a current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.

• Demonstrate proficiency in technology and have a reliable internet connection, along with a functional computer and phone for telehealth consultations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience as a counselor, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
