Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a clientele that consists of stable adults who have a low acuity of mental health needs—ensuring that no severe mental health cases are part of your workload. All clients are pre-screened, allowing you to focus on individuals whose challenges align with your specializations and demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license in Oregon to practice independently in your field. Accepted license types include LCPC, LMFT, and LCSW; provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients.
\n
• A proficient level of computer literacy to effectively use telehealth platforms and manage virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications, candidates with two or more years of relevant experience as a mental health counselor are preferred. Experience in a telehealth setting or proficiency with virtual counseling tools is advantageous.
