Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.

• Utilize electronic medical records to monitor, document, and communicate client progress effectively, ensuring compliance with treatment plans.

• Assess client needs comprehensively, developing and adjusting personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain an organized workflow, adhere to the prescribed schedule set by your supervisor, and prioritize tasks to manage high caseload volumes efficiently.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions around client care and organizational improvements.
\n
• Provide referrals and resources to address financial, social, or other needs identified during therapy sessions.

• Continuously pursue professional development, maintaining licensure and competencies in line with state regulations.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and organizational policies to uphold standards of care and professionalism.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall mission and goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting young individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Clients may come from diverse backgrounds, and your role will be vital in providing culturally competent care that respects and understands their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC), enabling you to practice without supervision.

• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under high workload conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating willingness to collaborate with clients and colleagues alike.

• A valid Oregon driver's license, along with current CPR and First Aid certification.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
