Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, applying clinically sound diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, tailored to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention support, effectively managing acute mental health emergencies while offering compassionate support and stability to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care and coordination for clients, sharing insights and resources to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on various mental health topics, treatment modalities, and available community resources while advocating for their needs and rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups, of various ages and backgrounds. Your work focuses on addressing complex mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
