Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, guiding clients toward improved mental health outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each client effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients build resilience, find hope, and foster personal growth. We prioritize a client-centered approach, ensuring that each individual's unique circumstances and needs inform their treatment plan.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist in the state of New York.

• Proven ability in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, tailored to the individualized needs of clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
