The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize effective therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Deliver therapy sessions focusing on trauma-informed care for clients experiencing PTSD and other mental health challenges.

• Oversee client progress by managing case files, monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Maintain diligent records in compliance with ICD-9 standards to uphold the highest quality of client service.

The clients you will serve are diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license to practice therapy in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in either an outpatient or telehealth setting, demonstrating your ability to deliver remote therapy effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
