Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via a telehealth platform, ensuring personalized care for each client.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools and patient interviews to evaluate patients’ medical history, mental health status, and treatment needs.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs, monitoring progress throughout therapy.

• Diagnose and address a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders with evidence-based practices.

• Perform psychosocial assessments to gain a deeper understanding of clients' backgrounds and challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and bereavement support when necessary, adapting techniques to suit individual situations.

• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and standards to promote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.

• Regularly document treatment progress and clinical notes in an electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure accurate patient information sharing with the care team.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in mental health counseling services.

• Current State Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent mental health license.

• Proficient in the use of technology, including basic computer skills, email communication, and documentation in telehealth platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care or specialized training in evidence-based therapies will be highly regarded. Experience working in telehealth settings also presents a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
