Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique experiences.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services, actively engaging clients during virtual sessions through effective communication and empathy.

• Employ various therapeutic methodologies tailored to each client’s preferences, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, adapting techniques based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client developments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and the provision of high-standard care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adults struggling with anxiety and depression to individuals facing more complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic connection with clients in a remote setting, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit high levels of empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients’ experiences, allowing for personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage remote therapy sessions, including adequate time management for documentation and follow-up tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy through virtual platforms is highly desirable, particularly with technologies such as telehealth systems, HIPAA-compliant software, and client management tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
