Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster secure therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring approaches based on their unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans centered around client goals and needs.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and progress notes to track client development and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments, evaluating client histories and current mental health states.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that adhere to the principles of evidence-based practices.

• Engage in continuous individual supervision to foster clinical growth and support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams to ensure comprehensive client care and effective communication regarding treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth, working with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. The clinician will provide therapy tailored to each child’s developmental stage and needs, integrating family dynamics into treatment where appropriate. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
