Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position that allows for flexible scheduling, including the option for evening and weekend hours to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' psychosocial needs, emotional states, and treatment objectives, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of individual cases.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using an array of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, tailored specifically to the hospice setting.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to the unique complexities of clients facing end-of-life challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to track their progress, adjusting treatment strategies when appropriate to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal mandates during every client interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals and families facing terminal illness and end-of-life issues. Your expertise will help these clients navigate complex emotional landscapes, provide support in processing grief, and develop coping strategies as they confront difficult transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical environment, with particular emphasis on experience in private practice or hospice settings.

• Demonstrated clinical skills, particularly in assessment, intervention planning, and therapeutic execution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, in addition to a sign-on bonus. Benefits include:
