Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Systematically collect and document patient data through our electronic health record system to track progress, inform treatment decisions, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Four Winds Therapy will involve interacting with a diverse client population, which may include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery. Understanding developmental considerations across the lifespan, including pediatric mental health care, will enable you to tailor your approach effectively to various age groups. As you build rapport with clients, your expertise will significantly contribute to their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate (LMHC-A).

• At least one year of experience working in behavioral and mental health settings is required.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
