This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing significantly to our patient's recovery journeys. Enjoy a structured work schedule, with core hours of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering some flexibility to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on the recovery and resilience of trauma survivors.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions tailored to help patients process their trauma, develop adaptive coping strategies, and promote long-term healing.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Offering crisis intervention support during acute trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and resources that aid in recovery.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and have experience with trauma-focused therapies.
