Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical needs of each patient, creating tailored treatment plans based on their individual requirements.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect any changes in patient status or feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
