Work Environment

This position is onsite, providing therapy directly in patients' homes throughout Herndon and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes who are recovering from injury, illness, or surgery, utilizing a patient-centered approach to care.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapy techniques, targeting pain reduction and increased mobility.
• Employ modalities such as hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive equipment to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on the use of assistive devices and effective self-care strategies.
• Actively participate in continuous professional development through attending workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging with professional communities to stay current in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with Virginia's practice standards.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
