- Utilize enterprise document management systems to store and retrieve project records.
- Ensure proper indexing and metadata tagging for efficient document retrieval.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining organized and accessible records.
- Generate reports on document status, approvals, and outstanding actions.
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure document integrity and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory submissions and project closeout.
- When serving as the sole document control resource on a project, may also support meeting agenda preparation, minutes, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork, trust, and positive relationships.
- Natural curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous process improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills that enable work across departments as well as with peers and team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on document control or similar experience on large (>$500M), complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with a variety of construction and project-related documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
- Familiarity with ISO-based document control standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
