Work Environment

This role will be conducted onsite, primarily in patients' homes, providing a unique opportunity to deliver therapy in a setting that is familiar and comfortable for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and determine appropriate treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Design and implement tailored therapy programs addressing a spectrum of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine issues.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical expertise to enhance patient outcomes and support their recovery journey.
• Engage effectively with patients and their families, providing education on therapeutic exercises, treatment goals, and home programs to empower them in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and adherence to physician plans of care.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that care delivery is seamless and coordinated across various specialties.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals while contributing positively to the overall effectiveness and reputation of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from children with developmental delays to adults recovering from sports injuries or experiencing chronic pain. You will be expected to build strong therapeutic relationships with each patient, understanding their individual circumstances and functional goals. This role plays a crucial part in helping individuals regain independence in their daily activities and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including documentation and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care settings is a plus, particularly with a diverse patient demographic.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Ability to develop rapport quickly with patients and caregivers alike, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
