Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and limitations, creating tailored treatment plans that align with physicians' directives.
• Implement treatment strategies across a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine, ensuring a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and procedures to bring about measurable improvements in patient conditions and functionalities.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their caregivers about treatment processes, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, documenting outcomes to enhance individual care pathways.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, ensuring that best practices in evidence-based care are followed.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, contributing positively to patient experiences and overall clinic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients recovering from various conditions and injuries. This includes pediatric patients needing developmental support, high-performance athletes in need of rehabilitation, and individuals recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions. The goal is to foster an environment where patients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills is required for documentation and patient management.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, encouraging them to set and surpass their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
