Success is driven by deal quality, not volume of activity. Who This Is a Fit For 4 to 7 plus years of B2B SaaS sales experience Experience closing enterprise deals, typically $300K or larger Track record of meeting or exceeding quota Comfortable selling to C‑level stakeholders Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Who This Is Not a Fit For Primarily transactional or short sales cycle backgrounds Limited SaaS or enterprise sales experience Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $150K to $170K On‑target earnings: $300K to $340K Uncapped commission Accelerators at 1.5x and 2x Equity at a high‑growth Series B company Top performers have exceeded $500K and higher depending on deal flow and performance.
