The position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Miami Beach. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough chart reviews and data collection to gather essential information regarding patient history and present conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop a comprehensive understanding of patients' needs.
• Apply your expertise in assessing medically complex diagnoses and interpreting laboratory and radiological data for informed treatment planning.
• Develop and implement innovative treatment programs for a diverse caseload, including but not limited to orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and strategize with fellow therapists to address outlier cases, ensuring that all patients receive optimal care.
• Implement efficient clinical workflows that facilitate patient scheduling, referral processing, and overall management of patient interactions.
