Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, hands-on patient care by conducting thorough assessments and creating specialized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, ensuring compliance with clinical services guidelines, billing protocols, and correspondence with healthcare professionals.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of clinical best practices, demonstrating expertise during all patient encounters.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Medicare rules, and coding guidelines, to ensure exemplary standards of care.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare team members to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a broad range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, injuries, chronic illnesses, and pediatric cases. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License is mandatory for practice.
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques, combined with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and treat pediatric patients effectively.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care setting is required.
