Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, enabling you to work flexibly while connecting with students and their families. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each student’s mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s specific needs, including measurable goals and targeted interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure a cohesive and coordinated treatment experience for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as required, especially during high-stress situations or emergencies.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups to foster community engagement and peer support among students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students in a school environment who may experience a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Your efforts will focus on not only individual therapy but also enhancing the overall school environment to improve student well-being and reduce stigma around mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health services in an outpatient or educational setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities while demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills.

• Experience working directly with children and adolescents in a school or educational setting.

• Familiarity with the specific mental health needs of school-aged populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus.
