Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Woodbridge, NJ, where we facilitate a supportive and engaging environment for our team members and clients alike. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities to develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and needs.
• Provide compassionate and skilled therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities, ensuring each client receives care that addresses their specific conditions.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans proactively to foster optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to deliver a comprehensive and cohesive patient care experience.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, creating home exercise programs, and discussing injury prevention strategies to promote independent living.
• Implement fall prevention programs and safety measures, contributing to the health and safety of patients within assisted living settings.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy modalities and best practices through continuous education and participation in professional development opportunities.
• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality while providing top-tier patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A graduate from an accredited institution with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and relevant documentation systems is essential for maintaining accurate patient information.
• A commitment to applying evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in geriatric therapy is preferred, although we welcome applications from new graduates eager to begin their professional journey.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
