Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for addressing the mental health needs of clients aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and build therapeutic alliances with one another, providing much-needed support.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling that is empathetic and personalized, helping clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document clients’ progress using evidence-based tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaboration with a Multidisciplinary Team: Communicate consistently with fellow team members, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatry staff, to coordinate care and collaboratively tackle complex cases.
