Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and collaborative discussions.

• Provide various forms of therapy, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques based on client feedback and ongoing assessment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
