Our outpatient office in Reading, Pennsylvania, serves as a supportive hub for collaboration with other health professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing evidence-based methodologies to identify specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address and manage mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively within a dedicated treatment team, engaging in consistent communication with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to coordinate holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, reinforcing their capacity for self-advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a varied population including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• In-depth knowledge of solution-based therapy interventions and ability to tailor approaches to the individual needs of clients.
