Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling flexibility and ease of work. You will connect with clients via telehealth from anywhere, allowing you to maintain a fulfilling practice while adapting to your personal needs. Our team operates predominantly in a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you evenings and weekends free to recharge and pursue your interests.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting attainable goals to foster well-being and resilience.

• Participate in regular team meetings with interdisciplinary staff to discuss client progress and enhance integrated care strategies.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to keep abreast of the latest in mental health practices.

• Provide constructive insights on clinical program improvements, contributing to data-driven evaluations that demonstrate treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial issues. Your work will play a critical role in assisting these clients in navigating their emotional landscapes and achieving their personal goals for mental wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current, valid licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong client-centered approach.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
