Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Winds Of Change Behavioral Health, you will work with a varied client demographic, including individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, with different ages, and facing a wide array of mental health challenges. This could range from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health issues requiring all-encompassing therapeutic interventions. The focus will be on fostering supportive relationships that encourage healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active Washington State license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) is essential for this role.

• Strong capability to appraise client needs and formulate effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Proficiency in using digital therapy platforms and an eagerness to engage with technology to enhance client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
