Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify client concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and ethical practices in mental health counseling.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans for clients facing urgent mental health crises, ensuring their immediate wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Maryland.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, and you will have free access to our platform's services as a client while actively employed.
