CW Psychological Services is looking for a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in King of Prussia, PA.

As part of our clinical team, you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families to help clients navigate challenges, build healthier relationships, and improve their overall well-being. You’ll have the opportunity to provide evidence-based, client-centered care while being supported by a collaborative team that values your professional growth.

Our established referral network and administrative support help provide a consistent caseload while allowing you to spend more of your time focused on what matters most—your clients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach to each client’s needs, goals, and circumstances.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships and create a welcoming, respectful environment where clients feel safe discussing mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other members of the care team.

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records.

• Participate in clinical consultation and supervision to strengthen your skills, discuss cases, and support high-quality client care.

• Continue developing your clinical knowledge through training, education, and other professional development opportunities.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a practice culture built on respect, communication, accountability, and continuous learning.

Compensation:

$30,000 - 65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting treatment approaches to each client’s needs, goals, and circumstances.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop, coordinate, and implement individualized treatment plans that support client progress and emotional well-being.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and records of client interactions, in accordance with practice standards.
• Participate actively in clinical consultation and supervision, applying feedback to strengthen therapeutic skills and maintain high standards of care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to expand clinical knowledge and remain current with evidence-based therapeutic practices and approaches.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships and create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel supported in exploring and addressing mental health concerns.
• Contribute to a collaborative and professional practice environment grounded in respect, accountability, open communication, and continuous learning..

Qualifications:

• Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and goals.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation.
• Willingness to participate in clinical consultation and supervision as part of continued learning and professional growth.
• Interest in expanding clinical knowledge and staying informed about evidence-based therapeutic practices and approaches.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a safe, supportive, and respectful therapeutic environment for clients.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, with a reliable and consistent approach to client care and professional responsibilities.
