This position allows for flexible remote work while also incorporating outpatient interactions. The work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the symptoms and severity of mood disorders in clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of each client's mental health landscape.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals, preferences, and needs, incorporating their insights and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to support clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness and meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a broad range of clients facing mood disorders, including those dealing with severe depression, bipolar disorder, and various anxiety disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will leverage your expertise to address their unique experiences and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years post-licensure, with a preferred focus on mood disorders.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and previous experience collaborating with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , in addition to performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus.
