Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to determine client needs, using evidence-based approaches to support treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to meet changing client needs and circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative conversations with clients to facilitate individual, family, marriage, or group counseling sessions tailored to the unique therapy focus.

• Provide ongoing documentation in accordance with company standards, which includes maintaining treatment notes, case files, and necessary progress reports that ensure continuity of care.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide therapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for clients.

• Work alongside a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to enhance community outreach programs and improve client access to comprehensive mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, families, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges. You will play a crucial role in providing targeted support for those facing co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues while fostering resilience and healing through therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant advanced degree is required, specifically an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license.

• Active state licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• A commitment to ethical practice and a strong understanding of the legal and clinical guidelines governing mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated ability to treat individuals with various emotional and psychological challenges.
