Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted remotely, leveraging telehealth platforms that enable seamless communication and therapy sessions between clinicians and clients. We recognize the importance of work-life balance; that’s why our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. This flexibility allows clinicians to effectively manage their schedule while providing essential care to clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Execute comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing tools and methodologies that align with best practices.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and preferences, ensuring a focused and engaging therapeutic journey.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Provide education and support to both clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment approaches, and self-care strategies that promote sustained mental health.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-ups, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness and address emerging challenges.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to client care, integrating various treatment options for optimal outcomes.

• Stay informed on the latest research and innovations in the mental health field, continuously refining treatment methodologies to provide the highest standard of care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to foster a culture of learning and improvement within the organization.

• Advocate for clients, working to reduce stigma around mood disorders and ensuring they receive the support and resources they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who struggle with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your expertise will directly influence their recovery journeys, as you provide tailored therapeutic interventions that empower them to manage their symptoms effectively and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possess current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specifically focusing on mood disorders.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and DBT, with a strong understanding of psychopharmacology to ensure collaborative and informed care.

• A proven track record of successful treatment outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to form trusting relationships with a diverse client population.
