Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments with clients to understand their mental health status and establish therapeutic goals.

  Design and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to address diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

  Maintain regular follow-up appointments with clients, providing ongoing support, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.

  Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that are inclusive and culturally responsive, promoting a safe space for open discussions.

  Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive client care. This may include referrals and shared treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass diverse individuals facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to, substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. You will work with clients of various ages, backgrounds, and life situations, providing tailored interventions that respect each person's unique cultural and personal context.

Qualifications\n

  A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

  A current, valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
