Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, taking into account each client's personal history, current challenges, and any risk factors to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that not only address mental health concerns but also promote emotional resilience and improve integration within the community.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering recovery, enhancing emotional regulation, and developing coping strategies among clients.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

You will primarily serve a diverse client base within the community health clinic framework, including families, children, and adolescents facing various mental health and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
