Job Title & Location Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – Arlington Heights, Illinois Job Details Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. This position supports patients in Mount Prospect and surrounding areas, offering a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and a competitive compensation model based on visits. Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with a team‑based care team to manage and deliver patient care plans. Maintain timely and accurate charting, meeting critical deadlines. Self‑manage time and schedule, ensuring efficient use of travel and work hours. Utilize tablets, smartphones, and EMR software to track patient information and care plans. Support patient visits, providing high‑quality nursing care within the home environment. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of practice. Graduate of an approved nursing school. Minimum of 1 year RN experience with clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day traveling to patient locations.
