Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Admission Location: Bunola, Pennsylvania. Duration: Ongoing. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shift. Employment Type: Staff. Responsibilities Deliver safe, accurate, patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes. Use strengths to solve challenges while ensuring thorough and compliant documentation. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of employment with at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day). Strong time management, proficiency with EMR and mobile devices, and commitment to timely charting.
