Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $75K-100K per year

Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health, Everson, Pennsylvania. Job Overview Staff RN providing outpatient home health care services. Work 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, and will travel to patient homes about 20% of the day. Responsibilities Deliver safe, accurate, patient‑centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Clearly educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes. Use strengths to solve challenges while ensuring thorough, compliant documentation. Qualifications Active RN license in the state where you work and at least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations. Strong time‑management skills, proficiency with EMR and mobile devices, and a commitment to timely charting. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
