Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and establish individualized treatment objectives.
• Manage a patient caseload, handling approximately one individual per hour to provide focused and quality care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to support orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery.
• Design and implement personalized care plans that integrate various treatment techniques and rehabilitation strategies.
• Guide patients through tailored exercise regimens and fitness programs aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services and treatment plans utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in patient education, emphasizing healthy lifestyle choices, mobility enhancement, and alternatives to surgery.
• Inspire patients to stay motivated and positive throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
