Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Reflections Counseling Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the needs of assigned populations, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conducting thorough assessments and offering counseling for families and children, ensuring clients meet medical necessity and DSM-V diagnostic criteria.

• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that address relevant topics and meet community needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including client case materials, program forms, and statistical reports to evaluate therapy outcomes.

• Meeting contractual obligations through effective billing practices and maintaining a determined number of reimbursable hours as required by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children and their families, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety to behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• At least three years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience in mental health counseling is required, we value candidates who bring diverse clinical backgrounds and specialized skills, such as trauma-informed care or experience within community health settings. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Reflections Counseling Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
