Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and evaluations to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patients' specific needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and interaction within electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate regularly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care.
• Participate in community outreach efforts, marketing initiatives, and program development to promote our services.
• Guide and supervise assigned support staff, ensuring effective delegation and resource management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
