Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring mobility based on patients' specific needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's functional abilities and limitations through a range of assessments, including diagnostic tests related to muscle, nerve, and joint functionality.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure effective execution of treatment plans, offering guidance and support as needed during their sessions.
• Evaluate the home environment for rehabilitation to create safe and effective recommendations that enhance patient independence.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, and educate clients and their families on the importance of these exercises for successful recovery.
• Administer traction, massage, and utilize physical agents to facilitate healing and pain relief.
• Regularly observe and document patients' progress, reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team to enable necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Provide timely communication regarding clinical and payroll documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Foster a supportive environment by educating clients and their families about physical therapy techniques and the proper use of equipment, promoting a collaborative approach to care.

Compensation and Benefits
